Now I consider myself as....

one of you, 4 runner people... . I owned 98 runner and never change anythings til I found this place. I spent Sunday and Monday to finish my deckplate mod and whole new stereo system.

Deckplate: Beckson 4''.

Stereo: Alpine CDA 9813 60w x 4
Rockford Fosgate 800w x 4
Alpine 600w x 2
Kicker Solobaric 12L5 Sub
4 6.5 Infinity Component, 3 ways Crossover with Tweeters.
Alpine Digital Sound Crossover
Monster Cable RCA and Speaker Wire
Monster Fuse and Distribution Block with 4 Gauge In and 8 Gauge Power Out.

Now my truck is roaring on road with loud music pumping out. Sweet

Pepsi,

Hey, where bouts are you in So Cal? I own a 98 too so we will have a lot things in common w/ the exception of the Coke/Pepsi thing---I'm a Coke guy myself.

Definitely check out the Tech section. You'll find a ton of useful articles.

I'm interested in your dist box and where you purchased all of this---how much and where? I need to do this soon to hook up my power inverter and amp.

Also, come wheel with us in Pismo Beach on Aug 8-10th.

Bob,

The distribution block can be found in Fry's or maybe Bestbuy for $50 but it's around $30 on Ebay. I am located in Orange County about 30 mins away from LA.

I love to wheel with you to Pismo beach but I got to check with my wife, you know how it is.

About the Coke, it has too much gas....

John

Pepsi,

Awesome---we should all try to meet up sometime. Maybe L33 will have a 4WD by then.

As for the Pismo trip, it'll be a family event. I'm bringing my wife (she wants to ride ATVs) and a few others will too with kids, dogs, etc. A few of us did a "scouting trip" about 3 weekends ago. Check out this thread:

By the way, Pepsi doesn't have enough gas and is too sugar-y!

Bob,

I agree with you on the Pepsi, it's a little too much sugar and you make me crack up. Sure someday we should meet with L33.

hey L33, I shop at Costco and I know that Sam Club, I do some dining at that corner once in a while. That is nice place to live in.
