My truck hasnt had heat in a while since the servo motor was bad. Had been using the rear vents to heat up the truck. Finally got around to swapping out the servo motor. Now the heat coming out of the front vents get slightly warm where as the rear vents would make peoples feet catch fire! Any suggestions?

ive got a 00 limited with the auto climate control.
