Question Newbie w/ flywheel & timing chain ???

Hey guys, I'm a brand new member but I've been reading the forum for a while.
I just got my brand new '84 runner a few months back and am starting to do a couple mods

2 questions. . .
I bought a heavier flywheel to help me out with momentum issues pushing my 33s and am wondering if I need to get a more heavy duty starter or make any other mod for it to work right?

And. . .
I've seen that a lot of people praise LC Eng. for their customer service and headers etc. but then I've also read that some people have had issues with other parts they've gotten from them. I recently bought the double timing chain kit and am wondering if anyone has had any issues with the operation of the double kit in their 1st gen.?
Thanks in advance for any response
