New tires! *Pics*

So I finally got some new timers. Went with some 265/75R Dean Mudterrains. Got em’ ciped for the ice this winter. The set ran me $750 all said and done and I would have to say I am pleased. Very quiet, great handling and only a slight loss in city gas mileage.

Old tires Notice how the truck is clean here, lol):

From what i can tell in your pics to what i can find on the net, nothing seems to match up. Exactly what tires did you get? www.deantires.com
Some closer up pics would be nice.

those look like the closest match (durango xtr's), but the picture you posted, it looks like the tire says SXT...?

My old tires measured like 29x11" when I took them off. I think they were 255/65 or something like that. Anyway, I gained a full inch of ground clearance with the new tires and the narower width drives a lot better on the stud worn rutted Oregon roads. I will throw up some closeups shortly.

I picked up a new set of 315/75-16 MTR's today, $185.00 each for a total of $740, then I was given a discount card that took off another $25 and they were running a special on certain brands for another $50 off a set of 4 mail in rebate, for a final total of $665 before taxes and road hazard warranty.

Haha, that's a distorted 135 pound 4 leged miles monster. They are native to Bend Oregon. Not all that dangerous. They really like 4runners.
