That front "bumper" needs it's own Zip Code...

Otherwise, it isn't too bad overall. An ARB would look good.

Bet the 4x4 won't have much more ground clearance than this either.

What's up with the shift pattern instructions you can see there?

Based on that pattern it looks like a 6 speed.

Looks pretty badass all blacked out like that.
Although, that is the absolute WORST PARKING JOB EVER!
Man oh man.
The rear end reminds me of a Dakota.

Interesting that they used a 5 stud on the wheels.

Also the brakes look small.

Just remember the XRunner is for the low rider people, we tend to like bigger tires that fill up the fenders and also much higher from the ground. Also higher bumpers to clear obstacles.

For a low rider (not my style) it is probably nice.

Man you guys are crazy. That Tacoma looks cool inside and out. I don't like the lowered Xrunner style but they did a special suspension relocation to slam it like that. It's for the street crowd.

The regular Taco is going to be cool-as-hell, I say. I really like it!

nice and beefy. Looks heck of a lot better on the streets than it is in the showroom.

Tacomas look good lifted or lowered.

Check out the Auto Show pics of the blue X-Runner (NAIAS, was it?). Defnittly the same truck.
Notice the foglight-less bumper. This thing is gonna have trim levels. Forget Scion, THIS is Toyota's answer to the Civic.

If you don't like it, I hope you don't live in Cali. The X-Runner is going to be all over the place.

What IS up with the shifter warning? I know it got a 6-speed, but both patterns in there appear to be six-speed....

OKay, I was just over at the Scion site. Doesn't that look like it could be a Scion badge under that tape?

way too much plastic for my liking :pat: this sucks, I'm never going to buy a newer truck, they are getting way too much like cars, and i know that the 4wd version will have less plastic, but still, give me a break i guess that I'm just old fashioned
