New Seat Foam
Any Ideas of where to obtain new Seat Foam. I talked to a Upholstery Guy and He said that unless it was Lazer cut it would probably look lumpy.........
I know of a company called Aircraft Spruce that sell high density foam in different thickness for aircraft seats but getting it cut to shape seems impossible.

The time and effort to buy new material, have it cut to shape, and rebuild your original seat is going to dwarf the expense of finding a junkyard replacement; either same-style replacement or different model/brand retrofit.

If you carry in the seat to be re-foamed to the upholstery place, it's way cheaper than paying them to r&r the seat in addition to restuffing the foam.
I've had a local car upholstery place re-foam several seat bottoms over the years.
The seat cover determines the shape...not the foam. Don't take it to the guy who said he couldn't get the shape nice, because he probably can't.
