Sweet pics! What kind of bumper is that? Did you end up helping out the Jeep?

The bumper is a Rockware. I love that thing!!! Yeah the jeep got a little stuck that night. He was a buddy of mine. That is a really deep hole as you can see. That jeep also has a 4" lift on it. So you can just imagine how deep that was. Water was all inside the jeep, luckily he took out his carpet a couple of months ago.

I couldn't figure out the brown thing in the first pic, near the top of your truck, and laughed cuz it made it look like bullwinkle, then I saw the shovel further down.

Nice looking rig there! Always nice to see a stuck jeep, and know that a toyota pulled it out!

But did you go through where the jeep got stuck? Only way to properly show up a Jeep is do what he can't. Of course, pulling him out does do a little to the driver's ego

Where are those shackles on your rear from, and how are they attached? By the way, great looking rig!

Na, I didn't even think twice about it! LOL! I've seen quite a few vehicles stuck in that same spot, so I wasn't about to try.

Those shackles were built by steve http://fastq.com/~sschaefer/#Shackle

They are attached to the frame. The drag every once in a while, but they have came in handy many of times.

Yeah they're bolted to the frame out back. I'll probalby end up taking them off once I get the rear bumper. The jeep was ok once I pulled it out. Just the floor boards were soaked with water. He told me the passenger side was full up to the seat.

Nice pics man, I like the way you have those lights mounted on the back of your roof rack like that, nice way to illuminate while backing up!

I second the question about the Trx's

Danny:

Are those AR-23's you have on there? If you do, you think you can post a pic of the side of the 4runner? I'm thinking about those wheels and I'd like to see how they look

Thanks

Man from the pics, it looks like the jeep drove into a lake. Your runner looks great. Love the bumper and judging from one of the pics I bet your runners got some battle scars from the trails huh?

I love these Trxus. They've even gotten me burried a few times They'll just dig and dig. Trxus are great in the mud. When I go down to the ORV park, I usually air them down to around 12 psi. I believe they are a 10 ply tire, so they're pretty heavy.

Good Times-
As far as these AR23's go, I really don't dig em that much. I'd rather have a set of Mickey Thompson Classic II's. I just don't care for the AR23 look. I picked them up in TX when I was getting my bumper put on. I'll try to find some side pics for you.

Tons of battle scar's. I hate every one of them!!! I just can't resist trail riding Most came for a trail called the "Can Opener". It's a 4 out of 5 daimond trail. Pretty rough, but it was fun! Yeah I'm pretty rough on the rig, thats probalby why the engine sound funny All that nasty mud I've been going through has my rig sounding like crap.....

Hey...I've heard of that trail, where is it again?

From what I hear it is pretty darn rough...a buddy of mine with a lifted Ram and pretty much everything you could ever want on it said he had a hard time makin it...I quickly came back and said it was because he didn't have a Toyota!

Im fairly noob'ish, but are those 33x12.5s? So you only have a 1" BL and you run 33s offroad without too much tire stuffing? Judging by the trails your takin on in the pics im guessing thats the first mod im going to do then - not looking to get too extreme right off the bat

Fink-
That trail is located down in Hot Springs at the ORV Park. www.orvpark.com The trails out there are pretty fun and very challenging.

DravisAR-
The tires I'm running are 285/75/16's which are equivalent to around a 33x11.50x16. Yes I do have a 1" BL, but I also have a suspension lift also. Sway A Way adjustable coil overs in the front and ARB Old Man Emu HD springs and shocks in the rear. Without the body lift I net around 2.75" of lift. The front is probalby closer to 2.5" due to the weight of the bumper and winch.
