New to this forum

wuts up yall! im new to this forum and im a huge 4runner guy! i have an 89 sr5 with the infamous 3.slow in it with 450k miles on it. its in desperate need of a rebuild, and i wuz very seriously thinking of putting a 3.45vzfe in it. im sure somebody else has done this and i wuz wondering wut they think about it!

lol... that still dosent help me! wut do people that have done it think of the difference. is it worth putting a new engine in or does an exhaust and intake help at all on the old motor? i guess im asking what will give me more "bang for my buck" so to speak.
