Just Built a new intake for my truck. Made it out of pvc pipe, rubber fittings, and hose clamps. Cost about 20 bucks from Home Depot, plus the money for the K&N cone off ebay. Still not mounted all the way to the truck, just gotta fab up some brackets. After driving the truck its seem to have quite a bit more punch, definately more throttle response(As with any intake kit). Much louder than the K&N FIPK kit, seems to have more power but thats probally just my imagination . Just wanted to know if you guys think any problems could arise from this setup.
