a good rule of thumb is to always to do your alignment after you do any suspension work you might not notice any significant changes but all it takes is a small change and you'll definitely see some unusual wear on your tires.

Did you crank your tbars at all? If so then yes you should get it re-aligned. If you didn't crank them then maybe, maybe not. The bilsteins are high pressure shocks which may have lifted the front slightly, and if they did, then yes you should get it aligned. If you don't get it aligned, then watch the tires to see if they wear funny.

I didn't get mine aligned, but I am using rancho shocks which are not high pressure.

I didn't get mine aligned and after 6000 miles no probs with my BF's. I didn't crank my Tbars just installed the Bils.

I'd go ahead and do it- might as well swap out the steering stabilizer too since you upgraded the shocks. OME is an awesome unit to go with.

Mine was totally blown out and I didn't even know it until we pulled it off (most 4x4 2nd gens are blown according to posts) . The OME unit is 3X bigger than the stock unit and is a huge improvement over stock. You won't notice much difference on the highway (unless you change lanes fast) but offraod it eliminates steering sway over bumps and dips . A great cheap mod to do under $100.
