Wire up those front speaks to it. I'm sure it will work. Make sure you use a crossover, or you WILL blow those tweets.

my personal opinion, i wouldnt wire up your fronts to your amp cause you might starve your sub of power

If you wire that sub in bridged mode, it will be fine. You can't wire it to all 4 chanells anyways. So there would be NO difference.

So like this:

from the deck front channels do my tweets with crossovers
" " rear " " do my rear mids as current

From the amps front channel hook up my front mids
" " rear channel hook up my woofer

correct?

i have never dealt with a 4 channel with one sub, i have dealt with a 4channel with 2 subs, and every other kind of amp style.

woofer being bridged off of two channels = 900 watts. woofer has 1000. safe?

Yes, its safe.

About your crossover..this is critical..It should have one input and an out for the mids, and an out for the tweets.. Correct?

IF NOT, yes run your tweets off the deck.

Also..I think you're stuck on the myth that your amp is giving you 450x4....it really isn't.. Frankly, it's a cheap amp, and they overrate their power. Try half of that MAX. I would expect the amp to give your sub ABOUT 400 watts MAX.. and that SUB is probably over-rated as well. No biggie, it should match up.

The amp has an out for the left & right fronts. nothing says tweets. So I will run the tweets off the decks front channels.

Gotta be better than all ive ever been used to. All Ive ever had is decks running woofers being 10s or 12s. And I thought those sounded OK. Guess I might be in for a surprise. Blue

A buddy says crossovers are for technical setups & to just do like he did and use bass blockers. Are they any good? if so which one?

Bass Blockers and crossovers are essentially the same. A crossover would save you a lot of wiring, and produce better sound. However, since your speakers didn't come with them, it will be expensive. So Bass Blockers may be your best bet. I'd put them on my speaks and on my tweets.

Run those JUST on your tweets.
