Low-end power loss or just plain SLOW?

No matter... If you need to assign priorities, then do the major fluids. If you can't do them all (as I listed above) then skip the radiator flush - that'll save you $70. But DO the oil change, oil filter & tranny flush (not a "change") as a must. PS is a "should do", radiator "can wait".

Once you get home - The air filter is a must, fuel filter is a must, clean the MAF & TB - must. Seafoam - must.

Plugs & wires & O2 will be the next thing we tell you if you still have issues after all the above (and you probably will).

So options from the original list... Radiator, PS, plugs, wires & O2. Know though that the Seafoam session could foul your plugs and O2 so you might be "forced" into those. But considering all the crap that's probably on your valves and pistons, I think an overnight Seafoam soak is a must.
