LC Engineering Header?

Hi all, I had a question regarding a lc header for my 1990 pickup 4x4 reg cab with a 22RE. On lc's web site the only application I can find is a header for a 22R, will this header work with the 22RE? Thanks for the help.

Did you try dropping an email to them, or calling them? You could probably even use the 800 # for the order line and ask them.

I think you actually have to have a plug to use it with the 22r. It does have the spot for the O2 sensor, and I think thats the only difference.

A guy I know has a 22r and his LC header came with the O2 sensor hole. It also came with a plug of sorts if you didn't have the fuel injected motor. I'd hope the things were consistent.

like said above, just shoot them an e-mail or a call, they should be able to answer any questions you have.

The early headers came with the o2 bung in the #3 primary, but since this tended to cause issues with CELs getting thrown from inaccurate readings they changed over to locating it down just before the cat.
I have an old set that I hate for the noise, but they have given me good service otherwise. The newer versions are also a thicker gauge metal so they will be a bit quieter under the hood.
