Keyless Entry Install Wisdom Needed
I just got an aftermarket keyless entry system (Python 440HP) to install on my 2nd gen. I plan to do it tomorrow... Can any of you who have done one give me some wisdom on the matter.
I've looked at 12volt.com and they have a decent listing of the wires and where to find them, however i'm not sure if that's all I'll need. It didn't come with any vehicle specific instructions.

Parking Lights Polarity? (+/-)
Thanks Marc, I got ones from www.the12volt.com, these are a little better. I have more specific question now. for the Parking lights they're listed as being positive (+) polarity, however the python manual says they must be (-) polarity to hook directly to without a relay, and lists that toyota's are (-)...so which one is correct. I have a spare relay so it isn't a prob. but thought that if this might save me some trial and error. Thanks.

Installed. Some followup tips
I got it installed. Pretty straight forward. The link Marc provided has all the wire color codes.
A couple of tips on my install: The lock and unlock wires were blue-yellow and blue-white and located in the Door Control harness behind the front driver's side speaker. The parking light wire was green and located in a harness coming off of the fuse panel. It's positive (+) polarity and requires a relay to activate it with the Python Keyless system I have (I image all DEI products would require the same) I used a 5 pole relay (with poles 85, 86, 30, 87, 87a). I hooked the lead from the keyless control up to 85, 12+ constant up to 86 and 30, and the green wire up to 87, leaving 87a blank. Works great.
without extending the antenna wire I'm getting about a 40-45 foot range.

I am currently installing a keyless entry system in my 1992 Toyota 4wd Truck. It has manual locks and I'm wondering if the relay is still needed. The green wire comes off the fuse block behind the DS speaker? I'll be getting back into it this evening and I'll get some pics of the kit if that's helpful. Sounds like you know what you are doing.
