Fix it. The suspension unbolts.Put it back together and measure your spacing. Then if needed find a small body shop with a frame machine and pull it.

I am considering doing a SAS swap...but i'm thinking there is extensive damage due to how hard it came crashing down on the front end after it drove over the mini vans hood. I got my first offer today from my insurance....$9500 I rejected it...

You have 197k miles on a 2000. 9,500 seems MORE than reasonable for a 3rd gen 4Runner with barely any mods. I'd pull the stereo, and take the 9.500 for sure. no point in getting into an insurance battle that'll last easily 3-4 months.

Actually 242k/m not Miles. I can deny two offers before it goes to arbitration. So I am gonna see what the next offer is. I just had rust in the wheel hubs treated and removed & painted on it..at my own expense from a claim a few years ago that the shop did not fix the first time. Insurance doesnt pay for MODS...mine anyway...i'm going to have to take my flares off...i've had the rear diff swaped out and a toyota locker installed with 4:30 gears...interior has been changed to Limited...so I don't know how you say it has barely any mods...only thing its missing is the lift.

I know State Farm allows you to "adjust" once your car is 20+ years old to a particular value. Of course, you pay more depending on the suggested value. But its a nice investment, just in case the "doom's day" actually comes.

by "barely" i meant you've just replaced factory parts with factory parts. not trying to bust your balls here, but if you brought these up with the insurance company, they might just try to brush it off.
