JDM TRD Exhaust arrived...should I keep or sell?

My JDM TRD exhaust is here, should I keep it or sell it?

It's the same one woody has here:

https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...threadid=18785

It actually is not a full exhaust, just a new resonator and tip and full stainless mandrel piping from the stock muffler back.

I dont know if I should keep or sell? I dont want my truck to be loud, that's why I bought the muffler-back set up, but it looks a little boy-racer for a V8 suv.

I like the way the borla looks, but I'm worried it will be too loud. Decisions, decisions.

Marco.

No offense to anybody, but I'm not too big of a fan of the tip on that exhaust. It looks kinda ricey to me. To each his own though, if you like it go with it. I've only heard good things about the Borla system however.

i say keep it cuz it'll make ur 4runner stand out but since u already got a v8 it'll make it have a real deeper throaty sound

Go ahead and put it on. It is not loud just a different, lower sound that is more throaty.

It will be a nice touch to your truck and you won't regret it.

I say keep it and see how it sounds. If by chance you don't like it, then just sell it.

Keep it, not many 4Runners are going to have a JDM exhaust system. Woody has sound clip of the exhaust tone I think.

Just installed it over the weekend. No jack even needed! I just set the air suspension to full height, and it fit! One hour to install. Sounds about 10% louder than stock, so not loud at all, added a tiny bit more response to the V8. Overall, not really worth the money, but looks cool!!!! I'll take some pics maybe tomorrow.
