ISR mod Messing up?

Hey everyone, I just did the ISR mod and now when I turn on my 4runner it will idle at 1200 RPMs when it use to be at 900. I pulled the fuse(EFI) also. My question is is this suppose to happen? ALso, I pulled the fuse with the engine off, should I pull it with the engine on? Thanks in advance and please let me know because I don't really want to drive her until she's running right again.

P.S. I love the sound she makes now!

i've done the isr mod to my 3.4 also, and whenever i crank it up no matter the temp outside, it seems to idle around the 1100-1200 rpm mark for about 2 or 3 minutes, and once i start driving, it drops off to around 800 rpm. and i'm quite sure i don't have any vaccum leaks and i also pulled the fuse like you say you have done...and that sound you say you love so much from the isr mod is the sound of your right foot draining your gas tank, as i first found out...

They all do that when the engine is cold. Higher idle when cold is normal.

Ha, the first time I started my runner I thought I had bought a lemon. The thing reved up to 1300 and didn't move. The PO told me it was normal but I was a little sceptical.
