Installed Daystar lift - blew out both CV joints on test drive

It's at the shop now where alignment was done because the steering wheel was out of wack. Told them to drive it and give best shot at diagnosing what's causing the vibrations.
I've read it could be the drive shaft out of alignment.
That would be my next guess, they make axle shims to fix that.

okay so I pulled the rear drive shaft off to check the U-joints and they seemed fine. Friend had a guage to check the balance of the shaft, was crude measurement, but the shaft seems fine too. Had the tires balanced last night and that made a bit of difference but still have some vibrations. Wonder if it's in the rear brake? The E-brake line is extremely tight due to the lift so I'm going to get a bracket extension and see if this helps. Other than that I'm clueless as to why I have vibrations now while before the lift I had none?
