I Screwed something up

I need help guys, i was going to buy some seafoam and was under the hood checking some stuff out i removed the vacuum line that ties into the air intake right before where the intake hose attaches to the intake plentum and also removed what looks like a small line right below that on the engine and i put them both back on after examination and on my way home my 4runner was running like crap when my foot wasnt on the accelerator the rpms would drop down low and as soon as i gave it any gas rpm would shoot up and it ran high rpms all the way home and wouldnt drop the rpm down to normal even when traveling slow at like 35 to 45 mph, any ideas whats goin on and how to correct it?
