Hello! I was wondering, Does anyone knows how much horsepower gain can you optain by installing TRD headers to a 4Runner V6 3.4L? Is it worth spending that much? Thanks.

 

check out gadgetonline.com look under my 4runner.He writes about what he did and goes thru3 different brands.I just ordered doug throrley headers I'll let yu knowhow they work out .It may take a while till i get them on. $$$

True you may not gian much in the HP but its got to be better then log type manifold. If they are ceramic coated they will help keep engine cooler and under hood temp down also.I put doug's ceramic on my Trans AM it was the best mod and iwish i had done it sooner.Inthe heat of the summer my engine temp was down 20 degrees.I don't know what to expect for my 01 runner . I hope to see some bennefit even if slight. I 'am also going to put on URD maf sensor calibrater to tie in the other mods intake TRD cat back .I hope to have all this done by the end of winter.
