How to remove - rear axle bearing retainers and ABS rotor (3rd gen)

Hi,

The rear left side bearing on my Hilux Surf (3rd gen 4Runner) is toast. I have removed both axle shafts as I intend to replace both sides. Unfortunately, I got stumped on how to remove the bearing retainers and the ABS rotors. The online FSM does not say how to remove them.

Is there a writeup somewhere on how to remove them? I did a search but could not find one. I know the bearings need to be pressed but am not sure about the retainers and ABS rotors. Keisur mentioned in a post about cutting the retainers. But I'm worried that I might nick the axle shaft, so I'm looking for another way to remove them.

Can these be pressed, If yes, can I reuse the rotors or do I need to buy new ones? I already bought the bearings, retainers and inner oil seals. Should the outer oil seals be replaced also?

Thanks for your valuable input.

EDIT: Found a good write-up on this at FrankenTaco's site.
