Horn
One of my horns crapped out on me. I have a high pitched squeal now.
What horn/ horns could I use in place that uses stock wiring and don’t require new relays?
I have found the Hella horns but $50-90 for horns it a bit much.

ONE of your horns, how many horns are on your truck?? Anyways, it's just a horn - not exactly a performance part - just go buy another stock horn, then you'll know it'll fit. They're only like $15.
I hear ya on the high pitched squeal though - before I got a new one mine sounded like a cross between a wounded crow and someone clubbing a baby seal. I don't think it liked the frequent water submersions.

I just bought some FIAMM horns for about $30 from Pepboys or Checkers... and they are a million times better than the stock horns. They fit fine and just plug right in. Make sure you get one low and one high though.
Fo-Sheezy, just ground the other wire and it'll work just fine.
