The top-plates will have a different diameter, so they will not work. If you take out your coilovers, and disassemble them (and the tundra coilovers too) you can swap the spring top-plates. They are the plate that has the three studs in them and fasten the coilover to the top mount.

Any mechanic shop should be able to swapthe parts for you. Shouldn't cost much if you just take in the parts.

Yea its like $10-$15 to rent the spring compresssors. If they are actually coil-overs like Donahoe, Bilstien or Sway-away and not just oe style coils you are not going to be able to use the original equipment top plates. However you could modify the mounting plates on the frame to fit the slightly larger spacing.

If these are aftermarket coilovers you may not be able to use anything on them because the coil lenghts may be totally different than what you need. Most of those coilovers are adjustable so the length of the coil doesn't matter as much, just spring rate.
