Something is loose in my seat. It knocks around while I am driving and I can feel it hitting me in the back and I can hear it too.

Has anyone experienced this? Gone to the dealer, and they are dumbfounded. I'm trying another dealer later today to see what they know. They're not willing to tear apart the seat to get to it (i guess).

If you guys have had this and got fixed please advise.
