Try a search next time, there is a ton of info on headers for the 5VZ.
Since you asked, I recommend Edelbrock or Downey. TRD headers are nice if you are rich. Check out www.gadgetonline.com for some good info on headers.
Be forewarned, the install is treacherous, and install costs will be at least $300 at a shop. Combine that with the cost of the headers, and you are looking at $800+ when all is said and done.
They will be over $1000 installed for the TRD's.
I highly recommend ceramic coating if the you get the Edelbrock's, or the ceramic option on the Downeys.
