Header to OEM exhaust??
On my maiden voyage with my 85 4runner I managed to break the exhaust pipe off just in front of the CC. I just had a brand new OEM exhaust installed from the CC back.
It looks like 1 long downpipe from the exhaust manifold to the cat. I had this pipe replaced on the last 85 4R I had and asa I recall, it's spendy. I have an email in to John Hocker for a price.
What I'm wondering is if the Pacesetter Header that Summit sells will replace this and will it hook up to my stock exhaust??

Anyone know?

I have a used downpipe off my '85 4Runner if you are looking to replace it. It is in good shape, not cracked. Did you have the downpipe bracket bolted to the tranny bellhousing area? I ended up putting in an LC Engr. header in my rig, it basically mated up to the stock exhaust with some minor changes.

Feel free to PM me or email this.
