got muddy water into the cab a bit....any tips on how to clean it?

I sunk my 2000 tacoma up to the top of the seats in a sand pit in NJ. Clean out as every one said but also change your all fluids. By the time I drove the 1.5 hr's home the Diff oil looked more like cappichino. The starter allso went about a week later when I pulled it out there was all kinds of sand in it.
