Is this a good deal on a lift?

I was on Ebay, and I have seen these lifts for sale for a while.
Link to lift

Is this a good deal? The name "superlift" is in quotation marks, it makes me think that the product he is selling is LIKE a superlift. If it is a real superlift kit, has anyone had one or have an opinion of them?

Thanks
Kent

It's the real thing. Davy (the ebay seller) is just a sales guy at a 4x4 retailer whose name I can not remember.

I bought the same kit from them and installed this past weekend.

I had some problems and had to have it towed to the shop because I ran into a few things beyond my skill level that the instructions don't warn you about, but that has nothing to do with buying from this guy vs any other retailer.

If your going to have a pro install it - it may be better to have them order the kit wholesale, most shops charge more labor and warrenty less of the work if you show up with your own parts!

If you do it youself, make sure you are prepared to install extended brake lines, Relocating them was not an option for me the stock lines were way too short to cover the spread. Also make sure you are prepared to extend you vacuum lines on the front diff, bend new hard brake lines at the caliper, extend the electrical connection to the sensor at the front diff. And be prepared to deal with the tie rods not fitting back in the drop brackets without your wheels pointing VERY different directions. Just a sample of the stuff the directions make no reference too, or make sound easy/optional.

The core lift components went in as expected, just a little more time consuming than we hoped. So I was impressed from that perspective. The problems I encountered were just from a lack of info in the directions on the other things I'd need to do, live and learn...

It's still at the shop so I haven't driven it - but it looks good!
I'll post back in a few days with an update.
