Get one of the last "cheap" superchargers

apx one year ago, i'm sure most of you know that trd put there s/c's on sale cheap (delaer cost was about $1,650 +/-) so that the word got out about them and everone would want one. well, the new dealer cost seems to vary from $2,200 - $2,400, and then get marked up from there. i have been saving for a while, and finally bought one...

i emailed over 300 dealerships, and faxed over 800 dealerships, and only one came back with a price under $2,000. out of all them, they were the only one that still has any of the s/c's that they bought during trd's sale. the cost is $1,999.00 with free shipping. i think on friday when i ordered mine they had 2 left. the next closest quote i got from the 1,000 + dealers i contacted ws about $2,600.

just thought i'd post in case there's someone that was thinking about one.

That's a lot of faxing. I hope your phone bill doesn't run higher than the s/c.

Good find. I was one of the lucky ones that bought a S/C in Nov 02 for $1745 shipped.

I can't believe that the next cheapest price is $2,600!!
