I have a '96 Tacoma and I just added white gauges. The only problem is my tach no longer works. The spedo works fine. I replaced the 3 elecrtical connectors, and i'm fairly sure I hooked them back up right. All of the idiot lights are working properly.

Any ideas on what might be wrong?

did you remove any needles? sounds like it given the fact that it doesn't work.

if overlays, make sure that the faces are completely flush against the original gauge plates.

Sorry I wasn't more descriptive, yes they are overlays and I didn't remove the needles. I'll check to make sure the overlays are flat, but I'm almost positive they are. I even glued doen the corners the plugs were on so they layed flat.
