friday accident

Unhappy friday accident

well my car was involved in an accident, i was making a right turn at the stop sign, and then i got hit, i check if it was clear to turn, and it happen when i turned, heres the damage pics, the only damage on my car was paint on the rim from his bumper and paint on my bumper from his fender i guess.my 96 base 4runner 4x2 vs 89 nissan maxima

whose fault was this, sounds as tho you were making a right, and he was going straight, and well you hit him, but i could be wrong...just curious as your explanation is not very clear...

I'd make sure the tire is fine on the rim and that the rim isn't bent marginally somewhere. Other then that, and concerning insurance and determining who is at fault...looks like you don't have anything else to worry about. Can't say the same for the Nissan, ouch.

well when i was makin the right turn at the stop sign, i was at 3/4 full from finishing the turn and thats when the nissan hit me, the driver was sayin i hit him, but he hit me, i hope i wasnt at fault, since i was at the stop sign, the guy was on the busy street with no signs at all, he even told the police over the phone he did not carry his license.
