The two large speedo/tach needles on my 91 runner are faded to almost white. Is it possible to remove the needles and paint the backsides so I can see them again? I am wondering if I pop the needles off if it will be difficult to replace them or do I have to re-caliberate the speedo or something. I tried ordering new needles from Toyota but they only sell the whole dash. Any suggestions? :confused:
