Fitting GX470 wheels?

I ran across a set of GX470 wheels that are 17x7.5, same bolt pattern as the 4runner (6x5.5), 25mm offset, and 5-3/16 backspacing.
i would run 265/70/17 tires.
they are quite a bit cheaper than any aftermarket wheel and cheaper than almost every set of LC/lx450 wheels that I have seen sell.

AM I crazy?
how much of a spacer would I have to run?
they are not alot of bling, but look nice.

im not def. positive but if your backspacing for the GX wheels is acurate i think the back spacing on a stock 4runner wheel 2nd gen is 4.25? so you would have ot space it about an inch and a 5/16. but Im not sure of the spacing on the 2nd gen. The lower the number the back spacing is, the further out the wheel sticks past the hub i believe.

anyone feel free to correct me here... im not totaly sure if i am right but I think this is what ive read before

shh, keep it on the downlow so they dont inflate in price like the sequoia wheels have...
i have 1.5 spacers, so i might just get them and see what happens.
