fan control wont work on 2nd gen

I have a 95 4runner. the fan control only works on the 4th switch and not on 1,2, or 3. Do you suppose its just the fan control unit(the display)?

thx lee but i just bought a replacement for $33. i'm back to normal...I forget to appreciate the little things in life sometimes.
