Engine Upgrage Question

I was wondering if anyone knew how much of a benefit in torque and power one would get by upgrading a 22RE engine to Downey performance headers, 2.5 inch catback exhaust, and a filtercharger from K&N or Downey?

I just installed my new downy header, and am still waiting on my cat-back. I noticed an improvment with just the header, and am expecting even more with the cat-back.

Not neck-snapping improvement, but it is definitely there. 2.5" might be overkill though. I have a 2.25" catback, header, FIPK, blah blah blah, and it is definitely an improvment over stock.
