My switch that tells if the electric locker is engaged is no good. Does anybody have one they want to sell. The dealer is crazy high.

Are you sure it's the switch that's the problem?

 

ive never heard of the SWITCH telling you if its engaged. theres a switch to engage it and a light that tells you its engaged. which one exactly is the problem?

 

There is a switch at the rear diff that closes to ground when the diff is actually locked. At one point I pulled the actuator off and physically moved the fork to the locked position; if the switch never goes to ground you know you have a problem.

 

I am sure it is the switch in the rear that closes to ground when the diff is actually locked. It was in a fire and melted.
