Edelbrock header??
I was just browsing thru the Jeg's catalog and found this
http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...9025_-1_185782
I thought the price is very reasonable. Just wondering if anyone use this header on their truck? Can it be use on the 4runner also? Thanks in advance.

A few of us have them. You'll want to get them coated, so tack on an additional $200 to have that done. I wouldn't buy them again simply because of the LAME design of the driver's side manifold. The center pipe is so close to the exhaust stud that it took me 3 hours to tighten one nut! Summit used to sell these for cheaper but I think they were discontinued. I got them for $275 if I am not mistaken.
In summary, I wouldn't get these again and I especially wouldn't get headers if I wasn't supercharged.

It will help release heat that is held in with stock manifold/s.As well as to help flow.It is really needed with the 3.0 on the #6 that is known to hold heat an blow H/G ,Yes it can make it louder with a loud muff,An can be also still be quite with a diff kinds of muffs.
