Looks like a charcoal canister for the fuel system.

Its a charcoal cannister on the drivers side above the steering staft I think. Don't sell it if you dont know what it is.

It's a charcoal canister - Toyota fuel filters use threaded connectors for the fuel lines. The bracket on that thing is for mounting it to the firewall. These things do go bad, so selling it isn't a bad idea, but it would be smart to learn what it is first.

 

At first glance I thought FF because of the nippels but then thought of how its off of a mid 90s rig. The mid 90s Toys used as SUV stated a threaded end to connect the fuel lines. The charcoal cannister looks identicle to the picture and uses nipples. It is a charcoal cannister and I will NOT buy it. LOL
