Hey Jim-

Welcome from another New Mexican!

Are you asking about costs of exhaust? If so, its actually really easy/inexpensive to get done. There should be a several decent shops down there. What most people with 3rtd gens do is just have a new muffler welded in place. Thats what I did. You can go to Corey's Exhaust Page and listen to sound clips of several different mufflers. Specifically, though, Dr. Z has the Jardine catback system, they run around $230. You can order online from Truck Performance , but it really will be cheaper to just pick a muffler and have a shop weld it in. Just my $.02. PM me if have any more question...

My exhaust was $52, and should be on the exhaust page pretty quick. Just another option in a sea of many.

It _might_work on your 4Runner if it is the 4.7L. They aren't cheap, but I think they're some of the nicest intakes I've ever seen mass produced. They are also Cold Air Intakes.

Hope this helps.

Has anyone tried this mod for a 4th Gen 4Runner? I have been thinking of ordering this for sometime since I have the 4.7L V-8 engine in my runner. But I am unsure since it's not listed on their site (volant) that it is compatible with the 4th Gen 4Runner 4.7L. Well, I guess I will take a closer looker at the engine compartment if it is similar to the Sequoia and make a decision from there.
