Double Cab 5-Speed
Did Toyota make a 4-door (Double Cab) truck with a 5-Speed Tranny between 2001-2003?

No. all 5 speeds on double cabs through those years have been swapped.

Nope....I worked at a toyota dealership through high school and college. If they did I might have been interested in getting one because the xtra cab tacoma just didn't have enough room for my needs. Sorry...

They always seem to consider a manual transmission to be a downgrade from an auto. It never makes it in the fancier packages/trim levels.
