Dash Light install....HELP!!!.

Well first I ordered all new red LED Dash Lights from Autolumination.com. In that order I had three Type A Neo-wedge bulbs that go in the ECT, Rear Defog, and A/C Switch, received....not one works. Why would those bulbs not work in ANY of the switched I had.

Issue two is I tried to take apart my gauge cluster to find out how many bulbs to use, and in order to find it out it looks like I have to disconnect the rear of the cluster. If i unplug the cluster will it screw up my gauges or can i unplug it anytime.

Issue Three and the most important. When i was taking off the part around the gauge cluster I tried to move it around cause the dimmer switch didn't want to unhook. I felt a little pop and found a wire going to the security system light became detached....it looks like a small black wire with two prong like things on the end. My question is can I hook the wire back up...if not will I still be able to use my keyless entry or will my car even start.

For the dash lights, they should work. You just have to correctly line them up so the ground connects. And for the gauge cluster the only problem I had when I unplugged mine was two things lit up. VSC TRAC and VSC OFF, I think?

That's odd, the same thing happened with my stock bulbs, When I took them out to measure, I couldn't get them to work once I put them back in...
