Custom Truck Shades Cee Bailey's

Today I received my custom window shades from Cee Bailey's and they fit PERFECT . They already have the measuments for the 03 4Runners and are $45 if you choose a binding color other than green and $35 if you slect the green. I got Pacific Blue binding.

I'm sure they have many other models/years available as well. I highly recommend them. When I put 3 of them in it is REALLY dark inside and the truck is probably at least 20 degrees cooler. Just in time for summer. It was 85 degrees today with a UV of 10+.

On to the pictures:

Here in Okinawa is the same as Miami or Tampa. Hot, sweltering, humid summers. 85-90 degrees in the summer with 85-90% humidity. Winters get down to a blustery 55-60 brrrrrr.

Sun shades and window tint are critical here because the UV here is always 10+ unless we have a typhoon or rainy season.

It rains almost every day at 4:00 PM as I walk out the door at work...No kidding!

I spent a summer in Tampa when I was a kid, with an uncle of mine, and the weather here is almost identical. Except we ALLWAYS get at least 3-4 big typhoons every year. Usually not much more than a nuisance since all the houses and phone polls are concrete.

These shades look great! Do they fold up to something smaller for storage?

They kinda roll into a bundle and one of the windshield shades has a velcro strap that wraps it all up to fit in the included nylon draw string bag.

It's not very compact but they do look great and they work so well functionally.

I imagine you could get good use out of them in Arkansas as well.

We certainly can. And, it's getting into the latter part of spring, so teh temperatures will be going up soon.

But I just needed to know that they roll up small enough to be useful, too. I keep my cuirrent shades in the door pocket -- really convenient when you need them. Will these fit there?

Nope, no way to fit in the door pocket. The winshield is a two pice setup and the driver/passenger are one piece each. It is also very sturdy grade/guage material and is not flimsy at all. Very thick and stiff. They don't have any suction cups or need to fold down visor or anything to stay in. The fit and thickness of the material take care of staying up. I just set them on the floor of the back seat or if I have the family riding they go in the back.

They are probably aircraft grade since that is Cee Bailey's core business.
