Does anyone know if a ceramic coated header can be welded? I found out today (when I heard the leak) that one of the pipes on my headers has cracked half way around & also about 2 inches down the pipe at a bend in it. I realize that the coating may be ruined in that area but will it effect the entire pipe & or header? They are only 9 months old & I would have figured they would have lasted a little longer than this. I hope to know in a day or so if there will be any kind of warranty honored on them but if not I am hoping to just repair it.
