couple pics for you guys...
just figured out the whole posting pics and wanna see what you guys think... dont laugh though..first rock i have ever parked on and my girl was nervous and told me i was centered on it. 
i still have a way to go. no lift yet but maybe 2-3 is in my crystal ball!

rear spacer (steel and HDPE combo, allowing me to drop 3/4 if i wanted to... shoulda just made it all steel, I'm not putting it lower : )
the whole setup, 3 inch rear spacer, front equiv of 2.5, and diff drop all made by me (rear spacer components were cut by a pro, i welded) total bill under $100 : ) + another 50 for alignment, all is good
you can find the rear bump stops, and diff drop sold by steve s, sonoransteel.com, and either use a spring setup or spacers to lift, you'll have to find out how you want to do the lift... but if you want details to make your own... i could offer a couple more suggestions

well, none of it was welded to car, just the spacer assemblies were welded together
used a spring compressor, and just popped the rear spacers on top of the springs
fronts, took apart struts assemblies, longer bolts, and a custom black HDPE spacer
