Cooling hose help needed ASAP!!

Hey guys. As some of you know I just installed a Jasper engine. I have about 200mi. on her so far, and it's running great. I do have another problem. The coolant is leaking like crazy. At first it seemed like it was comming from the heater core area, but I fixed those hoses, and it is still leaking. I can't tell where the leak is comming from either. It is on the block somewhere, and not from the front. It is all over the bottom of the oil pan and back and sides of the block. Does anyone have a diagram showing where all of the cooling hoses are. I remember some, but not all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again all!!

I'll look in my book when I get home but off the top of my head it could be coming from the coolant lines running through the throttle body. As I recall as you face the engine from the front of the car there's one line running into the throttle body on that 'front' side and another line running out the back near the firewall and it goes into the intake manifold or block. It's been awhile since I looked though. I'll review the manual tonight and see if I find anything. I also believe there's some coolant lines running to the oil cooler by the oil filter.

When does it leak? What motor do you have?

Sorry!! It's a 3.0L. Uh...it leaks after the car has warmed up...after it has built up some pressure. I talked to one of the guys that helped me put the engine in, and he thinks it's a hose he and our other hand were messing with. It is all the way down to the intake!! Which means we have to take off the plenum, fuel rail, intake...all of it.

Try here: http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...sm/engine.html

Go almost to the bottom and you will see the 3VZ-E cooling system. This is what I think you need. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b...05descript.pdf

Cebby has a real pic on page 2 here https://www.yotatech.com/forums/show...t=53317&page=2

Better hope it's not that one on the back side of the motor. I don't know how you could get to than one without pulling the motor.
