I know this is a strecth, but does anyone out there know if it is possible to convert over to a manual transmission and if so how extensive would this be? It's amazing how many cars out there today are doing away with the traditional clutch even on your high performance vehicles.

That is because autos are becoming so advanced that many times they don't outperform manuals anymore or they even surpass them. but it is possible to switch to a manual just probably real annoying. youd have to of course get the new tranny, get the shifter, get the interior panel for the shifter, modify or get a new ecu, um, get a clutch pedal...what am i missing?
