Noob rattle question

Noob rattle question
98 4Runner Lmt 4WD
There is a reoccuring rattle coming from the underside of my truck. Only when i go over bumps in the road can I hear the quite loud sound of the rattle bouncing off the houses as i pass by. Obviously something with the suspension, but what is it and how can it be fixed? I have taken it to my local toyota dealer and they tighen something up and it goes away for about 2-3 weeks, but it slowly comes back. Thanks, Rob
