my clutch keeps sticking and has to be pulled back up. does not do it all the time just when im staying on the clutch for prolonged amounts of time like when backing up or at intersections in traffic. any thoughts

thank for the help that fixes a problem iv had for a long time. but i think its the slave cylinder that is giving me the trouble

 

What about the slave cylinder, exactly? Have you noticed leakage or anything? How's your clutch fluid look? Color/level?
