idk guys..i think i'll stick with my train horns that i'm getting setup on the 4runner

idk where i'll put the tank though!? maybe in the back i guess, idk how many gallon it is but it's only like 4ft long and about a 1ft in diameter...no on board air pump though, but this is gonna be some LOUD horns (i've heard these same horns on a Cub Cadet Big Country setup for our hometown football games LOL...i live a few miles from town and it sounds like they're in my backyard )

 

Had to use the new horns today. Well, I didn't HAVE to use them, I just wanted to use them. I was stuck behind some imbecile who would not turn right on red, so I gave them just a tiny little love tap of the horn. It actually gave me a brief flashback to the Olds 98 family truckster of my youth. I totally forgot I installed the new horns. Not overly loud, just a definitive, no-doubt-about-it "Hey, wake up!".
Very satisfying.
Best $15 I have spent in a long time.

 

Can anyone give a comparison to that of a stock Dodge Ram (Or large truck) horn or the sort? Thats the type of tone I would like to go for

 

I like the 78 Corvette horn.

 

lol i was at the junk yard the other day and got this smart idea to combine some ford superduty fiamm horns 2 bucks and my stebel compact air horn which is ran off a relay needless to say its LOUD ! ill get a vid later
