cheap 4runner for sale

What do you guys think of a 2000 4Runner LTD with 133k miles on it for $10,900? I went and checked it out and everything looks fine but I think I am going to take it to be checked out on this Friday by a mechanic just to be sure.

Sounds fine if you plan to drive it into the ground. With any more miles it would be a tough sell. Make sure it's regular commute miles, not pizza delivery.

sounds right but check it out look at it inside and out over and under...haha my dad got his 99 for $6k...it was cliped from the firewall up but the work is unbeliveable they did...this thing is straighter than most new cars...whoever did this work is AMAZING at framework..but they did some lameo body work there is a few paint chips here and there but nothing that looks like it was wrecked

compared to local prices up here, that's practically stealing it. I don't think it'd be possible to find a local 2000 4runner (non wrecked) for under $18,000 CDN. typically they sell for $21k - $25k

BTW: $10,900 usd = $13,400 cdn

I have seen some 1998-99s out here with that kind of mileage for like $10-12k CDN but the 00s are a bit higher.
I wouldn't worry about the mileage at all unless the tranny fluid was burnt or the oil was like sludge.

It would be nice if it had meticulous maintenance records like many of us keep on our rigs...

the dealer i bought my runner from printed out like 8 pages of history including all oil changes, tire rotations (not that it mattered since it needed new tires when i bought it), and even a burned out taillight bulb!

thats what made me feel extra safe.
